Terms and Conditions for Promotional Campaigns
- This Campaign is held by NextGen Wills Sdn Bhd. (Company No. 1359215-H) (“WillsMalaysia”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with WillsMalaysia Terms of Use offered and relevant to the customer in respect to this Campaign.
- In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and WillsMalaysia terms of use, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions and (ii) WillsMalaysia terms of use.
- WillsMalaysia reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at their discretion.
Duration of Campaign
This Campaign shall commence from 15 December 2020 until 15 January 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of WillsMalaysia.
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to the general public and visitors of WillsMalaysia.my (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
- During the Campaign Period, Customers who pay for MyLastWill or MyPoA and use promotional code (as defined below) will be eligible to 50% discount of the original price.
- The Campaign will be divided into two (2) rounds as stipulated below:
- The first round: 15 December 2020 until 31 December 2020 with code WILLS2020
- The second round: 1 January 2021 until 15 January 2021 with code WILLS2021
- Each code can be used up to the first 100 purchase of either product. If the code is used after January 15, 2021 discount applied will be reduced to 10% until the 100th purchase is reached.
- Same code can be used for both products.
